Texas Instruments CC1101 low-power sub-1 GHz wireless transceiver

The CC1101 is a RF (Radio Frequency) transceiver. Some of the specifications are:

Operating voltage: 1.8 V to 3.6 V. Default voltage 3.0V
Support 915, 868, 433, 315 MHz ISM and SRD spectrum
Data rate up to 500 Kbps, 2-FSK, GFSK and MSK modulation mode
Low current consumption (RX, 15.6 mA, 2.4 KBPS, 433 Mhz)
Separate 64 bytes RX and TX FIFO data
Transmission distance: up to 200 m
